Iggy's House - Free MLS - Is iggyshouse.com going down?

I've used iggyshouse.com to list a house for sale and get it on the MLS for free. It worked pretty well, although truth be told, I think craigslist.com was really responsible for bringing in the buyers (3 of them).

In the past 2 weeks, I've been trying to list another house on Iggy's House but to no avail. The website is usually down. I did get it listed but now the site has been down for almost a week. This does not bode well. I will be considering owners.com - it might cost $385 and list the house in MLS for only 6 months but they seem to be up.

Like many 'FREE' websites,

Like many 'FREE' websites, this one has gone the way of the dodo. The bottomline here is that the 'free' business model just does not work, and generally you get what you pay for. Harsh I know, but true none-the-less.

Yes, I've used them too. And, I've been trying to log on for two weeks to no avail. Doesn't seem too promising...

Is there a phone number to call? Let me know if you find out anything.

Iggys seemed like a good

Iggys seemed like a good option and I know several people who sold homes this way. I listed my house 4 weeks ago and now for the 2 the site has been up and down, mostly down. Now today it says the domain in missing and Iggys has not answered my email. Not good during the busy season.

There's definitely something

There's definitely something up. I just closed on a house in Denver that was listed on iggyshouse on June 19. I marked it as sold on their website June 19, but I don't think the local MLS has received the updated status on the home.
